Code Of Conduct / Access Implies Consent

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to ensure that all participants experience a professional, respectful, and safe environment during the conference. This Code applies to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and staff participating in the event or accessing the conference website or related platforms.

2. Professional Conduct

All participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Courtesy and mutual respect should be maintained during sessions, networking activities, and interactions with other participants.

Participants must avoid behaviour that disrupts sessions, interferes with event operations, or negatively affects the experience of others.

3. Respectful Communication

Participants must communicate respectfully and refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or offensive conduct based on gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, professional status, or any other personal characteristic.

Unacceptable behaviour may include inappropriate comments, abusive language, or unwanted contact.

4. Compliance with Event Policies

All participants must comply with the conference policies, venue rules, and instructions provided by the event organizers or venue management.

Participants must also comply with applicable laws and regulations of India.

5. Recording and Use of Content

Participants may not record, photograph, reproduce, or distribute conference presentations, materials, or discussions without prior permission from the organizers or the respective speakers.

All conference materials remain the intellectual property of the respective owners.

6. Networking and Business Conduct

The conference may provide networking opportunities for professional interaction. Participants must engage in ethical and professional conduct and must not engage in aggressive solicitation, unauthorized marketing, or misuse of attendee information.

7. Reporting Concerns

If a participant experiences or witnesses behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, they are encouraged to inform the event organizers or designated event representatives.

All reports will be handled with appropriate consideration and confidentiality.

8. Enforcement

The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct. Such actions may include warning the participant, restricting access to event activities, or removal from the conference without refund.

9. Organizer Rights

The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or inconsistent with the objectives of the event.

10. Updates to the Code

The organizers may update or revise this Code of Conduct from time to time to reflect changes in event policies or applicable regulations.

11. Acceptance

By registering for or participating in the conference, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
